I started as a Parent governor when my eldest son was in school and am now a Local Authority governor. I hold several non-executive roles in business groups. My working expertise is in business, with particular strength in strategy, management, finance and staffing.
I am in my 50s and live in Bishop Auckland with my husband and three sons.
